They both make a nicer sound, especially the exhaust... they give the car a clean, sleek BMW-finished look. However, if you're searching for power, I'll be dead honest. BMW Performance is not the way to go, nor is Dinan. When you buy BMW Performance you're getting guaranteed fitment, OEM fit and finish, warranty, and the BMW brand name.
