Sorry, I’m an engineer that’s in my own world...LOL.
1. Remove the factory charcoal filters and air filters. Replace with BMC filters and you have removed all airbflow restrictions. You will not get the sound or looks of aftermarket, but the same airflow as the tubing necks down even smaller to the turbo.
2. The OEM BMW F90 cats are the BEST I’ve had on my bench. Even outflows the HJS 100cell Motorsport cats with a 3x2.50 inlet outlet. Flows better than a 2.50” straight pipe, but less than bypass 3” pipes.
3” pipe 790cfm > F90cat 524cfm > 2.50”pipe 514cfm.
