I think you mean no 5th wire. There will always be 4 wires minimum.
Jumping:
You jump from empty pin 4 on the inner to pin 1 on the outer
which is occupied, you need to splice these on the outer and keep inserted into Pin 1.
Run from BDC:
from BDC to Pin 4 inner
If you have fog light wires (there will be 5 wires):
Move the fog from pin 1 to pin 4 and then move appropriately at the BDC (described a few posts up).

The likelihood of you having a fog light wire is low. So you will likely be running new wires from the BDC or jumping.
