In Opinion the BMW M5 its a pure winner.
The price ! it costs way less than the Panamera
The looks ! I think the panamera its ugly
Power ! U can see on gtboard the M5 560hp beating the 550hp turbo S PANA
Space ! 5 real seats
Technology ! Porsche stopped in time , BMW got HUD , better good stuff.
The E63 S its great , but i prefer M5 .
