I have read that a 335i has managed 189mph, but this was with a tune and obviously top speed delimit (which are available from Vishnu, Active Autowerkes and BMS soon).
I think the car would have to be running at 430+bhp to achieve those numbers - which is achievable with downpipes, CAI, FMIC and a tune.
