Appreciate your opinion and advice. I ran the numbers on leasehackr and to get a monthly payment of $1405 in Texas for my car, I have to buy it at 15% off which is just not possible here on a 2020. This is with base MF and sales tax of 6.25% on the selling price.
I am also constrained by time and also picky on the color combo, which does not help.
Factoring in the value of my time at this point, this deal works for me.
I am learning and hopefully can plan well in advance for my next car and get a better lease.
Forgot to add, car will be ready on Tuesday but dealer was fine with waiting till July to see if lease rates are better, will the July numbers be out on the first?
