BMW offers (when purchased) a 1 year subscription to the "Sirius Premier" package which gets you all the Sirius channels, including H100, and several select XM-only channels.
Most carmakers, if you get a free trial at all, offer a 90-day preview for the XM or Sirius standard packages which do not include the exclusive content from the other format.
