Thanks Mike. I appreciate the time you took to take and post these pics. On my F10 I did tap into a wire under the roof console. But I am reluctant to do that this time. I also didn't want to have the cig adaptor permanently located in the center console, but I really don't keep anything else in there besides a microfiber towel.
I too have not decided on a location for the remote display. If I find a good one I will share. On my F10 it was low and to the left, mounted to the little storage compartment door.
