Just slide your fingers in the grove on top of the trim, and apply pressure while slowly pulling it out. use you fingers as a wedge and keep sliding them down until the trip pops out. As for the trim at the base of the front window, put the window down about half way and put a strip of painters tape on the trim and the window for the whole length. when you put the windows up a bit, the trim will come with it. It sounds crazy, but its the safest way so you dont have to pry it out.
