Hi everyone,
I heard a 335i with a "Muffler Mod" the other day, and I thought it was the MPE version, but the owner stated that it was just a simple mod to the muffler.

Has anyone here with a 235i or 240i tried this?
I'm looking to keep the car relatively quiet but be a little throatier when on the gas. From what I've read it sounds nearly the same as stock except for when your >50% throttle.
I'm planning to take my car to a muffler shop this week to just get some ideas/thoughts on this mod.
I heard a straight piped M235i and personally that is WAY too loud for my taste.
