I just got those in 20" a couple of weeks ago as "winter" tires and drove them in the canyons around LA in around 70-75F weather. They're very sticky, seem stickier than the stock summer Pirellis when new. They also ride better, but there's less bite in the initial turn in. I drive in 2WD most of the time and there's no perceived slip unless you really push it, unlike the pirellis after their first ~10K miles.
