I'm not sure if it's the same for financing, but on leases BMW FS locks the lease program for a certain amount of time when they run your credit app. In my case we reran my credit app through BMW FS in December to lock in the December program until my car arrives in February. Check with your CA on when the finance team ran your credit app and if that locks the then in effect rates for a certain time period.
