I mean I don't see what's so bad about uber credits (theyll give you as much as you need), they'll give you a loaner for anything that takes 2 days or more, and half the time they just send someone out to fix the issue for you (for example got a flat tire, they sent out a tech with a loaner wheel, I got to keep my car and drive around and they came back 3 days later with my wheel with a new tire (wasnt in stock). Rather than go to bmw find out tire not in stock, loaners booked out for 3 weeks and have a nice day!
Also what "risk" are we talking about with the app? The fact that you don't have to talk to a service advisor and can just drop your car off, and pick it up whenever?
