You should probably shoot for 19 since there was no comp package for 18. It's hard to know what options you value but Exec package and driver assistance are the most common. Although not sure if it had a diff name in 2019 (eg you mention Comfort). The rest of stuff is up to preference: full leather, B&W sound, CCBs, sun roof or no sunroof w/ carbon roof. etc.
