having occasional issues with mine where it does not connect
and the problem is it does not default to Bluetooth connection so you have to hold the phone by hand
finally got tired of it and use BMW connect Bluetooth all the time
talked to dealer and they stated they know about the bugs but apple is not coming up with a fix ???
