That is a mess
I'm guessing these are glued or double sided taped in place
Not sure how you can get them off without damaging the paint underneath
Buy a replacement set before removing the old ones
At least you can hide any damage under the new splitters
Otherwise a great excuse to upgrade to M3 rep or M1 front end
