Just wanted to add to this excellent guide that you can register with UnitedRoad and get tracking details, not just delivery receipts. Here's how I did it, maybe there's an easier way.
1) Find a VIN from a car at your dealer. I did this by looking at new inventory on their website.
2) Go to
United Road's website and look for delivery receipts for this VIN.
3) Click 'register' on the reported delivery. This will give you a username and temporary password to get into OVISS.
4) Log into OVISS, and you can see everything currently in transit for this dealer ("Current"), everything about to be released ("Pipeline"), and things that have been delivered.
