If this happened to me, I'd take it to the dealer. I mean, it could be your DVD drive, after all.
On that note, what would the dealer do if it is the DVD itself? Meaning, what if a new DVD works, but not the old original DVD? Would they replace it under warranty w/ the newer version, or would it be considered "normal wear & tear"?
