Long story short it is an astronomical cost, especially since the rotors are supposed to last 100k miles with 3-4 pad changes.
Not entirely sure how much it costs for a BMW but for some sort of perspective the ceramic brake kit for the Audi C7 platform cost about $20k (aftermarket) just for parts. Pretty sure you could be looking at additional costs if you have 19 inch rims too.
