Over a month ago I made an agreement with
norcalEastbay328i to purchase his 157 style wheels for $1,000 at which time I sent him a $100 deposit through PayPal.

Subsequently, he agreed to deliver them to my house (he lives about an hour away) a bit over a week later.
He never delivered the wheels or contacted me.
Now, it's been over a month and he will not respond to me or return my deposit. I tried contacting him through here, in posts, and through Paypal without any response. I even have a Paypal resolution judgement against him.
