"Unless you are very hard on equipment, I doubt you will go through a set of rotors in 3 years. On a car with a manual transmission, your pads should even last at least 3 years"
I am on my 38 month of my 39 month lease on a 325i manual transmission and I just replaced my front rotors and brakes - rear brakes still have 8mm left.
