The rim/tire road hazard is something all together different than the wear parts service. It is sold for anywhere from $600 to $900 depending on the dealer. If you were lucky enough to go to the 1 series driving event you got a certificate to get it for free if you buy within the next 90 days.

Wear parts service is brakes, belts and things like that not the tires. I thought it was a Canada wide program where the 1 series was given this extra servicing option up until June 30th. And, as noted above, it is only if you lease, not buy.

Oh, and paint protection is redundant.
