Wanted to give some feedback. Actually having spacers installed at the moment 12.5 front and 15 rear and we hit this same issue with the rear. What we did was remove the dust cap before putting the spacer on, and then put a dot of super glue on the side of the dust cap and put it directly on the spacer itself and we were able to get it on.
