Do M's have the CDV thingy? I removed mine on the 3.0i and it made a world of difference.

I forgot mention that i had the CDV removed too.That helps a little bit,but not much.
However,I think my gear changing is much smoother after some track days.
It might be the car or me getting better with rev match and H/T.
