I actually ordered your Axel back and X Pipe through my dealer yesterday.

That being said we were debating on if we take the Axel back exhaust + resonator delete kit, is that equivalent to a cat-back exhaust?

Is there going to be any OEM piping left from the OEM Exhaust?

More specifically:

Putting the Dinan Muffler and then the Dinan resonator delete kit (X pipe) will essentially replace the OEM exhaust up to the catalytic converters?
Its not quite a full cat-back with the 2 paired together although it is pretty close. There is about a 2 foot section of OE pipe in between the resonator delete/X and the axleback. If you take a look at the installation instructions for the resonator delete kit (https://documents.dinancars.com/d660-0081.pdf) on the first page (and also a bit more closely) on page 4 you can see the section of OE pipe that is retained. That section of pipe is hydroformed into oblivion to accomodate the narrow space underneath the braces. While we could have replaced them it would have just added additional cost for no real sound (or power) benefit. Fitment would also have been a pain to accomodate given the space unless a brace modification was supplied (again, additional cost) or the brace removed altogether.
