There is no way a base 128i coupe going to be under $25k and a base 128i convertible under $30k. Look at the 3-series pricing structure. The 328i convertible is $2k more than the 335i coupe. So if anything the 128i convertible is going to be around the same or more than a 135i coupe. Also if a 135i coupe starts at $35k then fully loaded will be $45k+ since I can add $10k worth of options in the 3-series easily.
