Brand new car and the seats are wrinkeld and look -in my opinion- very cheap.

My 10 yo X1 looks better than that. I specifically pointed to the dealer that there is a problem and when I picked my 2021 X4 still couldn't find a flawless vehicle in their lot as I wanted them to replace my rear seats. I have bubbly leather in the rear seats and hate them….

From exterior designers to the interior Quality Control people, everyone at BMW is blind?
It's leather—-it's not supposed to be perfect
what you're looking for doesn't happen.
and it does, it's exception not as typical.
