Mate, the M5 F90 jumped ahead both times. He was using Launch Control. A M5 F90 going out of the hole without launch countrol would never out launch an E63 S.
He was with trans on level 3 and with everything on its most aggressive setting (as is visible when he shows the 0-60).
Nevertheless, very good showing from BMW. Quite impressive actually.
