It sounds good. I mean not a massive difference since the car is built like a tank but you do hear it. For some reason the biggest change is in efficient mode where it's not loud but just right inside. I always leave my sunroof open driving around so I hear it very and love the sound the car makes now.
Cold starts are crazy though even with the windows up. I have a indoor garage with a 14" thick concerte podium deck and it still shakes the crap out of my kitchen which is above it every morning
