I have OTS BM3 stage 1, I will be flashing when I get home. Then taking loads of logs (like I did stock) to see what its doing. After I am happy with all the info I gather i will flash my own map.

I dont expect to make any more overall power than BM3 (they have been doing it a long time) I just want it in a different way. Lower torque low down which should be easier on the rods and keep thing cooler then keep more power top end which will be harder on the rods.

Then when I mod the car further I can always tweak the map over and over.

I hear they are both very good. Not looked into it as I was never going to use anything other than OTS and my own
The way the S58 works from factory is with a lower torque curve than previous S55 or even S63T4 (F90/F92).

The OTS maps are also following this curve I've been on OTS for almost a year now and the powerband is perfect, it's exactly how it should be linear. I mostly run the E30 maps have you tried?

OP, I will be gladly to answer any questions for BM3 related too.
You can always shoot support@protuningfreaks.com an email too
