You are absolutely right - using the wrong products and approach on a Frozen color can ruin the appearance, from making it "shiny" to diminishing it's "matte sheen" or shifting the color or tone - all are possible. I suspect the solution BMW advised for my Frozen MBB car (and shown in another thread in this forum) would work on the Frozen Deep Green CS.
