Here are my logs:
Stock 3.20 DA 1077 (did right after or shortly after break in seduce and this time was hard to get. It was best of maybe 10 attempts over a few days)
stock 3.24 DA -397 (negative 397) - I show this one because it was the next best time on a very cold day with very low DA in So Fla
JB4 Map 1 - 3.05 DA 1805
I did this pretty consistently but again this waste best with most times above this but typically less than 3.2
JB4 Map 2 - 2.94 DA 790
Again this was best after many attempts in the low 3s
This map was very inconsistent. Some where horrible north of 3.5
Everything else has been worse (sometimes much worse) probably have done 20+ LCs trying to consistently get under 3
Admittedly, I did one 2.90 sec on map 1 but it was invalid due to a negative 2.90% slope - DA 1454

It's hard to compare your times to
Hockeytyme because he had an intake, exhaust and downpipes. He also has MPS4S tires, not sure if they were on for those runs. And his car is kind of a freak.
Your stock times do seem slow though. I was able to get a 2.90 in my non comp and an 8.01 60-130 stock. Just about every launch I was at 3.00. I feel like some are just faster than others, not sure why. If you don't have Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires they could help at least with the consistency. Other than that all I can think of is either you're not launching it right somehow or it's a dud.
There have been a few people on here with the same issue, not sure if any of them ever figured it out or if they all just gave up.
