2.8 or maybe even a 2.7 should be possible on pump, but it would be hard to do regularly like you want, I think. When you're taking off that hard, everything has to be perfect. My 0-60 fluctuate a lot depending on the road and tire temperature. You're already at a 2.9 on a good run, you're not going to feel a difference between that and a 2.8. The time you posted already was a 2.7 with a 1ft rollout as magazines report it, that should be enough to brag to friends if that's what you want.
