Durufle was a 20th century French composer - most of his stuff (all 13 published pieces) was 'sacred' - written with a religious purpose. He was, at one time, the organist at Notre Dame, IIRC.

The disc I use is a Delos recording - CD3047. The segement is T1|06:45-07:20.

The best bet, if you don't want to spend ~ $16 bucks on obscure French organ music, would be to get an audio test disc.
