Cheaper way to go this route is to just get a set of used rotors off a crashed f90 and buy nee brake pads. Stay under 20k miles on the rotors and you should fine fine (maybe $4,000). I did this on my f10 m5 with no issues. Provides a lot more positive steering feel by lightening up the rotors.

I have ccb rotors on 7 cars of mine, none of them squeak. Funny thing is my 22 standard m5 has about 1k miles on it and the rotors squeak like hell as well as my 21 x6m comp with 8500 miles noisy as f also.
