The drivers over there know to stay out of the left lane unless they're passing unlike in the States. It's not hard to take a 3 hr + trip over there and average over 100 mph in ideal conditions. (That is if you're not running into a Stau every 15 mins or construction zones that slow you down to 60 kph.) |
I know been there countless times, but even in that environment there are idiots behind the wheel.
Someone can still pull into your lane when least expected at that speed and there would be zero room for counter maneuvers.
