the patrick george article reinforces the DC/VA problem. i just came back monday from the DC (been 13x for work this year), and almost exclusively refuse to drive down there, my 9500 and v1 go off constantly!!! id 50mph going to dulles only to have my ass ridden by a va cop, its unbearable, idk how the locals do it knowing the penalties are so large.
