If you paint your exhaust tips...bake 'em!!!!!!

so, I decided to redo my tips since I added some fake quad tip thingy to them and they left glue and cement residue when I removed them. sanded them down, primed them and added a few coats of gloss black, since I don't love the chrome look. I've done this before with my 750 but never used the clear coat afterward, and I wanted them to remain gloss black.

For the first time, I read the back of the can and it said to bake them after an hour or two from painting. Started with 250 degrees for 30 minutes, then 30 minutes to cool, then 400 for 30, 30 to cool. I haven't gone to 600 degrees yet since it's late and don't want to stay up late. But I'll tell you, they look amazing and they are definitely "hard" to the touch. I might do 600 degree tomorrow but so far, very satisfied.
