Have to ask the obvious here... have you removed the tune, and if so, is the check control message still occurring? Seems like it would be easy to test. If it only happens with the tune installed, you might be out of luck unless the dealership finds a bad injector or something.

ya testing this tonight. gave the dealer a heads up as well, they told me that "the car could be reprogrammed to allow you to floor the car. the car wasn't originally programmed with this in mind"
