Well, to start with: the build quality of these things is top notch. They have that beautiful solid, weighty and cold metallic feel that the stock paddles so lack; in fact, the stock paddles make no sense to me at all, they're too small and plastic-backed--the latter being a deal-breaker.
Anyhoo, as to installation: I personally found them trivial to install. Here are the basic steps:
1. Go to Peru on vacation with the family
2. Loan your car to your friend who happens to me your mechanic
3. Ask him to install(re-install) your JB4, BMS filters, lowering springs and paddles in exchange for the 7-day loan; ask for before and after pictures
4. Post said pictures while lying on the beach in Paracas from your iPhone using the hand not holding your beer while thoroughly enjoying said Pilsner
… et voila!
PS: Thanks, Ben!
PPS: I entirely misjudged Ben in a thread from a while back--apologies, dude. He's a gentlemen, a scholar and a fine judge of ass...thetic enhancements to bimmers.
