Ceramic coating is just a thicker wax in my opinion, not really worth the price.
I have xpel stealth wrap on my frozen F10 M5 and it really makes the car easy to take care of. But it is expensive (mine cost 8k) and I wouldn't do it if my car was leased.
Frankly on leased cars I wouldn't do any of those expensive exterior treatment, for frozen paint just make sure you don't use the wrong wax and made the car glossy.
