Call BMW corporate, mine was covered under warranty by my dealer! Didn't pay a dime out of pocket and now I have rock guards installed. Should have came that way from the factory.... |
Agreed. I filed an insurance claim. Will see where that goes. Next will try BMW if that doesn't work.
Btw...Rock guards installed this time around. However, they didn't install them at first, I noticed and asked service dude, tech said he "saw the box but didn't know what they were" ... 2hrs later rock guards installed. Had to basically do job all over again. Then there's one missing screw and a loose one in wheel well PLUS they broke the right trunk latch thinga-ma-jig. Wtf! Total amateur hour.
