i have pre cut on my pre-lci and they overlap the edges by about 1/4". I drove around for about a week to allow the film to fully cure in the sun and shrink if needed and then came back and he trimmed the overlap.
Don't think they've released the precut for the LCI front bumper yet from a few threads i was following a month ago but that may have changed now. But i will say for the satin look you can't use precut on those bumpers because they pre cut splits in it to accommodate the sharp angles and the original paint shows. Good on your installer to do it custom! and gorgeous look and imo the only way to go for the satin look. frozen paint is just too risky for a non lease car!
and agree, leave the badges off!
