Just saw this thread, quite an interesting video and comparison, especially after I've been driving a 991.2 TTS for a couple of days now.
The guy driving the BMW didn't list the mods, he only said that it's got a UCT800+ kit. This instagram posts of his says the car has downpipes, midpipes and ECU flash, 100RON fuel with additive (guessing octane booster) - so a regular stage 2 tune. I think he said 800hp and 1100Nm in the video, so probably just a slightly aggressive tune.
The instagram post also has some vbox data:
0-100km/h — 2.85s
100-200km/h — 5.68s
1/4 mile — 10.23s @ 217km/h
1/2 mile — 16.14s @ 265km/h
