Now to you question about stock springs
The rear are progressive springs but, so are the front at some degree. Single rate spring needs to be consistent from front to back without reducing the body and pitch or the ends, on stock springs you can see begin and the end coil being reduced
Miko - the front are linear it seems, typical.
I wish someone would make the rear linear too, it is much more predictable at turns.

Thanks for the OEM photos. !
Front are at most part looks like 90% are liner
Back are dual rate springs
It all depends on design and weight of the car
You also have adaptive suspension that you change too.
Changing the rear to single Rate ( which is linear ) would be a good idea on this car

By the way I make Springs for living and know a few things
I made Springs that have 5 rates ( progressive) and needs to be eccentric within .030 and square within 2 deg. After grinding the both ends. Wire diameter. 625"
Thanks for answering this question for me!

Got my hands full with my 3 kids running around the house today...wifey out of town.
