I have a 2019...what updated tranny? Do the 2020 models or LCI models also have an updated tranny? I am pretty sure mechanically the m5 competition only differs suspensiom wise (it is softer with components from m8 gc) |
It uses the ZF 8HP76 hardware (also found in the M8). The pre-LCI uses the ZF 8HP75. The updated hardware can handle more torque, faster shifts, etc.
