Yeah it's really difficult to drive a car and not get chips, especially on the freeway. At 70 mph a car is getting blasted on the front. Sand, dirt, rocks, etc..
I wash my car by hand myself, so I will always find chips on my car and they make me cringe. So PPF is worth it to me, even on a 3 year lease.
