Fronts - Using a spindle spreader will help you a lot, that way you can take the front struts out and work comfortably, personally I don't like the way some people have done the fronts (with the struts on the car, like here.. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15397 )

If you don't have a spindle spreader, ( http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Site...reader/ES3894/ ) you can use a socket adapter - 3/8" to 1/4" drive, 1/4 turn and the strut becomes free.

Also remember to have a 18mm Strut Nut Socket if you don't have air tools, it's your best friend (I don't have one but here you go... http://www.ecstuning.com/ES2652174/ )

On the back, I did it taking out the outer control arm bolts instead of the inside alignment bolts. Putting it back it's the tricky part, because the bushing where the bolt goes through doesn't align easily, use the jack to align it as close as possible and use an Impact gun to push that bolt through!
Ahhhh a spindle spreader... I wish I knew about that when I did mine the first time around.
