"Resolve" Carpet Cleaner. Yes, the OEM floor Mats are "Carpet", so why use something OTHER than a good carpet cleaner. I presume you are talking about the Mats OVER the Carpet & NOT the Carpet itself, but Resolve works well on either.
Spray it on, let it soak in for 30 to 60 seconds; brush with stiff bristle brush, in ALL directions; rub with clean towel; repeat if necessary (usually NOT); vacuum to assist drying, and vacuum again a few hours later.
Works on MOST stains, such as coffee or other spilled beverages; even grease. Works best if you don't wait MONTHS before using it.
