Wanted to know if anyone has a good recommendation for a pre purchase inspector in Chicago to look at a Used M4.

Also want to know if anyone has had a good experience or ever bought a used car from perillo that had a good experience. Bunch of bad on the internet, that is deterring me from making a deal.
